Email Communication Privacy

If you have received a communication from Lemuria.ca, it is because you have either explicitly provided your email address for future information ("opt-in"), or you have an existing relationship with Lemuria.ca, such as through registration or purchase. We respect your time and preferences and control the frequency of our emails accordingly.

Rest assured that your email address will never be shared, sold, or rented to any other party. If you have received an email in error or wish to discontinue receiving emails from Lemuria.ca, you can remove yourself from our mailing list by sending an email with the subject line "UNSUBSCRIBE."

Booking Your Appointment

To secure your preferred date and time for an appointment, full payment is required. You can conveniently book your appointment using our online booking system. Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm the reservation of your session.

Age Requirement

Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years old or older. Those under the age of 18 must provide proof of parental or guardian consent to access our services.

Refund Policy for Reiki and Meditation Services

Events

Payments for events, such as meditation gatherings, are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may offer your reserved seat to a friend for the specific event.

One-on-One Sessions and Gift Certificates

One-on-One sessions and Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If you are unable to use your purchased session, package, or certificate, you have the option to transfer the remaining session hours to a friend or family member. No refunds will be provided for purchased sessions.

Payment Options

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. When making payments through the online booking page or PayPal, a Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 13% will be applied to credit card transactions. If you are using online banking email money transfer (E-transfer), please ensure to include 13% in the total amount and provide the answer to the E-transfer question.

Missed Appointments

Full payment is due at the time of booking for all sessions with Lemuria.ca. To reschedule without incurring a charge, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of your session fee.

Fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time or for clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment.

Appointment Cancellation

Cancellation of appointments within 24 hours of the initial booking will incur a 10% transaction fee deducted from the refunded amount. After 24 hours, session fees are non-refundable.

However, you can reschedule your session or transfer it to a friend or family member.

Sessions and Timing

All sessions commence at the scheduled time. For virtual sessions conducted over video (Zoom) or phone, if you are unable to answer the call at the appointed time and do not communicate with Lemuria.ca within 10 minutes of the scheduled start, the session and payment will be forfeited.

By booking a session with Lemuria.ca, you, the client:

Voluntarily participate and request a session of your own will.
Hold decision-making power and are solely responsible for decisions affecting your life post-session.
Assume responsibility for medical, health, mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being.
Confirm you are at least 18 years old and competent.
Release Lemuria.ca and associates from claims arising from participation.
Agree to indemnify Lemuria.ca and associates against claims resulting from your actions.
Acknowledge session information's confidentiality.
Allow use of feedback as testimonials with limited personal information.
Accept future emails, with an unsubscribe option.
Comprehend and accept this agreement's terms, conditions, and liability release.
Clients, upon purchasing services or goods from Lemuria.ca, accept these terms and conditions and waive claims against Lemuria.ca.

Blog & Website Disclaimer
