Shipping Methods: Lemuria offers standard shipping for all orders within the specified delivery areas. We entrust reputable and reliable carriers to deliver your package promptly and securely.

 

Shipping Cost: For orders totaling $50 or more, we provide free shipping as our way of saying thank you. Should your order fall below $50, a flat shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process for your convenience.

 

Tracking Number: Once we process and ship your order, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. This tracking number allows you to keep tabs on your package's location and estimated delivery date as it journeys to your doorstep.

 

Delivery Timeframe: Lemuria aims to deliver standard shipping orders within 5-7 business days from the shipping date. Please understand that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other external factors.

 

Delivery Address: We kindly request that you provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of your shipping address is essential to prevent any potential delays or misdeliveries.

 

International Shipping: At this time, Lemuria ships exclusively within Canada/US. Please note that international shipping may involve additional fees and customs duties, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Lemuria.ca, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. If you receive a damaged or broken item due to transit, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below to understand the procedures for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Damaged or Broken Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or broken during transit, we will gladly replace it for you free of charge. To initiate the replacement process, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Take a clear photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of its arrival. This photo will be required as proof for processing your replacement request.

Step 2: Email the photo to our customer support team at support@lemuria.ca along with your order number and a brief description of the damage.

Step 3: Our customer support team will review your request and the provided photo. Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your replacement shipment.

Step 4: Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the replacement item to be processed, shipped, and delivered to you. We will do our best to expedite this process.

2. Final Sale Items: Please note that certain items are marked as final sale. This includes teas, body oils, and essential oils. Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.

3. General Returns and Refunds: For items other than teas, body oils, and essential oils, our standard return and refund policy applies. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than transit damage, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assess your request and provide further instructions on returning the item.
